The LDL is equipped to manage residue and finish the seedbed in a single pass. The unit features 12 hydraulic front cutting discs (450mm) to slice through trash and minimise surface disruption ahead of the tines. This is followed by a choice of robust rear packer rollers (x3 types available), hydraulically controlled for precise depth setting, which leaves a perfectly consolidated finish ready for planting.

This Trailed 6m LDL is built around superior sub-surface cultivation. It features 12 auto-reset low disturbance loosening legs spaced at 500mm, designed to lift and shatter soil compaction with minimal topsoil disturbance. Fitted with our market-leading Grange Standard Width Tungsten Points and Hard Faced Lower Legs, the system guarantees extreme durability and longevity, reducing maintenance time and ensuring consistent deep-working performance season after season.

Advanced Hydraulic Depth and Transport Control

Control is effortlessly achieved from the tractor cab. Hydraulic depth control is provided via the front drawbar ram and rear lift axle, with easy fine-tuning managed by quick-release clips on both cylinders. For road transport, the central hydraulic folding frame rapidly pivots to a sub-3 metre transport width and is secured by a hydraulic over-centre valve, providing a safe, compact, and compliant solution for moving between fields.

The Trailed 6m Low Disturbance Loosener is built for high-output operations, offering a combination of heavy-duty components and advanced hydraulic systems:

Working Width: 6-metre working width for high-capacity output.
Drawbar: Bolt-on Scharmuller drawbar swivel towing eye for CAT4 (51mm) pin provides robust and high-spec linkage.
Frame Structure: Strong and robust wing structure mounted over three beams, providing exceptional durability and strength.
Tine Configuration: Front and rear tine rows provide 530mm of stagger between the low disturbance tines for optimal trash flow.
Low Disturbance Tines: X12 Auto Reset legs spaced at 500mm, fitted with Grange Tungsten Points and Hard Faced Lower Legs.
Front Discs: X12 Hydraulic front cutting discs (450mm) for efficient trash management and low surface disturbance.
Levelling System (Optional): Hydraulically adjustable paddle levelling board positioned in front of the packer roller for superior soil flow and levelling.
Transport & Running Gear:
- Hydraulic front drawbar ram and rear lift axle.
- X2 Hydraulic depth controlled 710/45 R22.5 wheel and tyres fitted to a 10 stud commercial axle supplied with hydraulic brakes.
- Depth control via quick release clips on both drawbar and rear lift cylinders.
Folding: Central hydraulic folding frame pivoting around the chassis with hydraulic over centre valve protection, resulting in a sub 3m transport width.
Rear Linkage: Hydraulic 3 & 4-point rear linkage to mount the 6m hydraulic folding rear packer frame.
Packer Roller: Features X2 3m packer rollers with scrapers, with a choice of three different types of roller to suit specific soil conditions.
Safety: Full LED road light kit fitted as standard.
