Grange Machinery’s Tine Drill Toolbar (TDT) is a robust, high-specification rear drill frame developed to meet the growing demand for high-performance, low-disturbance direct seeding. Designed with proven features from Grange’s loosening systems and optimised for use in heavy clays to sandy loams, this machine excels in versatility and control. 

Key technical features include:

• Working Widths: Available in 3m, 4m, 4.5m, 4.8m, 5m, and 6m configurations
   
• Linkage: Heavy-duty Category 3 and 4 headstock as standard
   
• Coulter System:
   
  • 20mm Grange tines arranged over 4 rows with 250mm spacing
     
  • Accepts Bourgault tungsten-tipped coulters (single 19mm or 4" paired row with fertiliser channel)
     
  • Quick-swap design for different crop requirements

• Depth Control:
   
  • Hydraulic land wheels for on-the-move coulter depth adjustment (0"–7")
     
  • Each wheel has paired tines behind to eliminate wheelings and maintain finish
     
• Track Eradication:
   
  • Two adjustable brackets (1.1m width each) to suit wheel centres from 1.5m to 3.0m+

• Terrain Adaptation:
   
  • Twin centre-pivoting wings with ±5° contour following for consistent seeding in varied ground conditions
     
• Rear Finishing Options:
   
  • Choice of hydraulically adjustable levelling paddle system or double ‘Z’ tine rear harrow
     
  • Adjustable in three positions to suit different soil types and residue levels

• Seeder Integration:
   
  • Up-stack brackets for single or twin distribution heads
     
  • Optional Stocks Turbo Jet 8 i-Con, rear coulter bar, and seed outlet brackets for slug pellets, OSR, or Avadex
