Strip-Till Preparator

Developed in close consultation with farmers and tested through multiple iterations, the Grange Strip-Till Preparator is purpose-built to create ideal conditions for maize, cover crops, and other precision-seeded crops. Each working row is independently adjustable and delivers tailored, low-disturbance soil preparation from front to back.

• Working Widths: Available in 3m, 4m, 4.5m, and 6m configurations
   
• Row Spacing Options: 450mm, 500mm, 600mm, 750mm, and 800mm centre spacing
   
• Loosening Tine System:
   
  • Low-disturbance legs with 300mm working depth
     
  • Shear bolt or hydraulic reset protection
     
  • Fertiliser placement bracket (granular or liquid) positioned directly behind tine
     
• Hydraulic Cutting Discs (Front):
   
  • 450mm discs for trash clearance and residue slicing
     
• Hydraulic Catching Discs (Per Row):
   
  • Pair of adjustable side discs to direct soil flow for controlled strip definition
     
• Hydraulic Wavy Discs (Per Row):
   
  • Offset rear discs cultivate and aerate the row base for seedbed refinement

  • Zonal Guttler Prism Ring roller for clod breaking and final row consolidation
