The CCT Removable Packer Roller is a smart, bolt-on addition to your Close Coupled Toolbar (CCT), giving you the power to consolidate soil immediately after subsoiling or cultivation — or to remove it entirely when conditions call for a looser finish. Developed in response to grower demand for greater in-field flexibility, this optional roller turns your CCT into a true multi-season machine.

Enhanced Surface Consolidation
Achieves a firm, level finish behind the CCT toolbar, ideal for seedbed preparation and moisture retention. Heavy-duty toothed packer for clod breaking and soil consolidation.
Quick Attach / Detach
Simply undo two bolts and lift off — no fuss, no compromise to performance. Fast conversion between roller-on and roller-off setups to suit soil conditions and drilling timings.
Low Maintenance Design

Tooth Packer
Roller
Aggressive consolidation and excellent clod-breaking action create a fine, crumbly soil structure, ideal for heavy soils and challenging seedbed conditions. The self-propelling action of the teeth helps reduce the power required to pull the machine, improving fuel efficiency.
Shoulder Press
Roller
Firm, even consolidation across the full working width, delivering a consistent, level finish for precision drilling while maintaining a stable, weather-resistant soil profile.
Güttler
Roller
Star-shaped profile with smaller Guttler rings for additional soil cultivation, improved soil-to-seed contact and enhanced moisture retention.
All roller types are removable and interchangeable — attach or detach in minutes without specialist tools.

The CCT Packer Roller is compatible with a seeder attachment, allowing you to consolidate and seed in a single pass. Choose the configuration that suits your seed type and establishment method.
SeederKit
The complete seeder assembly including the access platform and mounting bracket. Integrates directly onto the CCT frame, placing seed accurately behind the packer roller for reliable establishment.
BroadcastingKit
Pipe and splash plate setup for broadcast application across the full CCT working width. Ideal for cover crops, grass seeds, and other small-seeded species where precise placement is less critical.
CoulterKit
Rear-mounted bar complete with all coulters for precise seed placement behind the CCT roller. Delivers consistent depth and spacing for demanding establishment requirements.
